How did your earlier career choices lead you to where you are today?

My leadership career began in Healthcare at Johns Hopkins Healthcare leading the internal recruitment function and I realized quicky that there was tremendous opportunity to guide, teach and elevate the TA functions within the healthcare space. My early career choices shaped my career even if I couldn’t yet see where I would land. I knew it would be in a service capacity helping people find their dream career paths. After navigating the post military career maze, I knew my path would be to provide unmatched experiences during the job search, interview and hiring processes. I have had many mentors along my journey and such wonderful insightful advice. Mentorship often comes with strong partnerships within the business, however intentionality around helping our rising stars be the best version of themselves is a key driver of leadership I’m definitely supportive of.
