About Linda

How did you know healthcare leadership is what you wanted to do?

I am excited to share my journey to healthcare leadership. I didn’t really aspire to Healthcare leadership, I had been practicing for about 15 years, and had joined Providence recently. What I noticed was as a medical group we really didn’t have a position on chronic pain management, and I felt the clinicians could come together to create a model of care that was better. I was fortunate to work with other physician leaders, and other clinicians from rehab, and behavioral health. That project launched my ongoing interest in supporting the clinicians in our group to provide great care to our patients. I am passionate about continuous improvement for our physicians, APPs, and other clinicians’ day to day work that leads to better outcomes for patients and a better work environment for all of us.
