I learned so many important skills in this program, including identifying the various communication styles and communication and feedback techniques. I really valued the opportunity to practice the skills as we learned them, and to build relationships and learn from my Providence colleagues from across disciplines and practice locations. Finally, I appreciate the time and expertise of the facilitators, and the dedication of Providence for their investment in my leadership development.

I think all of the discussion topics were pertinent to my current role. The videos and live classes were a great way to learn and I really enjoyed the weekly meetings with my group. It was nice to see that Self Care was it's own topic. It is often forgotten, especially in nursing, but it was a great reminder in my first few months as ANM that it is encouraged to maintain your boundaries and self care practices.

Hearing what others are doing but also hearing the strategies. I walked away with multiple new strategies to use as a leader. I feel my confidence has increased.

I enjoyed the hybrid learning. I liked talking out case scenarios, real life examples of tough conversations.
